See More from the Flint Urban Wood Workshop
Hosted by the Southeast Michigan RC&D Council and the Genesee County Conservation District, the Why Wood? Sustainable Uses for City Trees Workshop was a great success in Flint on December 2nd. Participants gathered at the Sloan Longway Museum to learn more about how to lower community wood disposal costs, support local businesses, and create value from removed city trees. Presentations from the event, workshop photos, and links to other referenced information are now available by visiting the Urbanwood Project online.
